1. Introduction

We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our online education services.

By purchasing any course, subscription, or service from CloudIX Learning, you agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 2 days of purchase.

  • The user has not completed more than 10% of the course content.

  • The request is made due to dissatisfaction with the course content, technical issues, or accidental purchase.

  • The user provides a valid reason for the refund request.

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made after the refund period has expired.

  • The user has completed a substantial portion of the course.

  • The request is based on personal reasons unrelated to the course quality or technical issues.

  • The user has violated our Terms of Service.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@cloudixlearning.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]."

  2. Provide your order details, reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within X business days.

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The user has accessed a portion of the course but has valid reasons for dissatisfaction.

  • There was a technical issue that prevented full access to the course.

  • The refund request is made for a subscription service before the renewal date.

5. Subscription-Based Services

If you have subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds for the current billing cycle are not granted. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining period.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to the course, please contact our support team. We will attempt to resolve the issue before considering a refund. Refunds for technical issues will only be granted if the problem remains unresolved within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Course Cancellations and Modifications

If a course is discontinued or significantly modified, users who have purchased the course within 2 days may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback without following the refund request process, their account may be suspended or banned. We encourage users to contact us before disputing a transaction.
